Returns Policy

You may return new, unopened items within 14 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).  If you simply change you mind, it is still not a problem to return your item for a refund or exchange, however the shipping cost can not be refunded and additional shipping will be charged for the new item.

You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. Please email me at designermamas@bigpond.com.au to receive a Return Authority Number to proceed with the return.

We can ship to any address in the World.

Australian Orders

We offer a flat rate of shipping for all Australian orders of $6.00.  Your product will be shipped via Fastway Couriers or an Australia Post Express Post satchel depending on the area in which you live.  You will be advised of a tracking number when your order is dispatched. 

International Shipping

Simply select your country at the checkout for your shipping price.  Your product will be shipped via a Registered International Prepaid Padded Bag.
